Position: Cleaning Tech

Location: Hopewell, VA

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Job Responsibilities


As a Cleaning Tech, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring that their spaces are spotless, sanitized, and inviting. Your duties will include:


Residential Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and general home cleaning tasks.

Corporate & Office Cleaning: Sanitizing desks, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Deep cleaning for properties transitioning between tenants or owners.

Post-Construction Cleaning: Removing debris, dust, and residue from newly built or renovated spaces.

Following safety and company protocols to ensure quality and efficiency.

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.

  • Team Players – We work together to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
  • Willing to Learn – Experience is great, but if you have a strong work ethic, we’re happy to train you!

Requirements


  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Availability for morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.
  • Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
